urgh, havent blogged in a while...
well, was spurned on to do so.. thanks to the newspaper article on the dumb bitch who made a police report for people flaming her. i mean, how dumb can people get? u KNOW u are fraggin going to be talked about, thats why u blog to get attention, ESPECIALLY if you post pictures of yourself in self congratulatory poses. then u report people because they talk bad about you. about your body n crap and all. not as pretty as you thought right? Plan for attention backfired. senseless, pointless, and ultimately, self defeatist. AHH! the whole world is full of dumb bitches anyway... one more wont make a difference. didnt even try to be liked on the newspaper. not even a smile. hurp.
Went to the World Gourmet Summit on monday, since we were invited there... it was the gala premier, and well, it was a day with the so called stars. the only person i actually respected there was the flying Dutchman, who is the host of class 95's morning program. the theme was dessert, and boy, i was kinda let down. i mean.. yeah around only 40% of the desserts served there were good. the rest was TERRIBLE. As usual, the ones with the best desserts to brag about were swisshotel and the Shang ri-la. and even so, the shang ri-la's chocolate fudge was underpar. went with jas, since she has not been there before.
the best part of the day was spending it on the wine. i was impressed by the selection, and the tastes. However, the most surprising thing was the price of the bottles. unlike last year, the current selection's range was only from $40-$120!! oh my god. i never knew cheap wine could be good.
its been boring, and im still waiting for my NS letter, which is messing up my schedules. it makes the next 5 months ahead all jumbled and uncertain. i cant plan holidays, i cant do things i want to, i cant take courses. all because of this uncertainty. i wish it would come soon and then i would be able to let out a sign of friggin relief... which is much more palatable than the tension of not receiving it.
waiting for The Black Library to release their new batch of books... all right, sick of typing already... i wanna go rest.
