my team today for school really rally really sucks.
well, we dont communicate, its hard to share ideas, no
one states what they are thinking, they are lazy, they
take breaks all the way until god knows when. in fact,
i dont know why i should even have a team when all of
them do not do anything, and it ends up that i do it
all. might as well be a one man team. i seriously do
not know how i can overcome this problem. for one
thing, i am hoping that i can get a change of team...
for the past 3 weeks, it seems like i have been the
one doing most of the work, and no one helps. and even
so, some of them can get better grades than me. in
fact, ican see the class is factioned. theres a group
consisting of the girls, from 2 antonia's side. the
year 3's find it hard to click with the others, since
there is the factions. another thing is the FYP, i
dont know why the school makes us all have different
off days, and UT's on days we dont have classes. in
the end, all this wears us down, making us have lower
morale, dispirited, and kind of frustrated.
haiz. what more???????
also been chilling with the KC, yuannie, chang, liza, nura alot... haha... nice to have you people around man... makes life and sch a better place..
